In January of this year, there was an announcement that CoolIT Systems is now in partnership with Corsair. We would be providing Corsair with products to offer to the retail market under their brand name. Part of the agreement is that CoolIT Systems no longer offer products to the retail market. It is a very interesting time here at CoolIT.

Effective September 30th CoolIT Systems will be closing our online forum to posts.

On behalf of CoolIT Systems, thank you to those who frequented our forum, to share ideas and offer your opinions or input. We will be keeping the Forum open as read only for informational purposes.

We will continue to offer service and support for our CoolIT Systems products which are in use or still available in the retail market.
All Support and RMA requests must be submitted via our Support Case Systems or through our Support email technical_support@coolitsystems.com . If submitted via one of these methods they are brought to our attention, immediately.

Use of Facebook for support matters will usually result in a delay as this website is not available to the Support Staff.
