Hello, I recently had my pump go out on my Freezone Model# FZ-1000 last night and was wondering if there is possibly a replacement part I could purchase for it? I am most certain that it is the pump because went I power on the computer the 92mm fan still runs. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

My pump went out 3 weeks ago, I requested support TWICE via the website support link, and have yet to get a response. Of course my pump went out one year and one week after purchasing the system, so I doubt I'll get any satisfaction *if* I ever hear from them.

The Freezone was an incredible piece that I recommended to a lot of people, despite all the warnings I got in the overlocking forums I frequent. Unfortunately the support system at Coolit seems to be broken.

I know it really sucks when it takes weeks to get a responce.Best thing to do is contact Jon like PradaG said.

I have dealt with Coolit many times and yes sometimes it does take awile to get the ball rolling but I will tell you 1st hand that once you do get in contact with some1 there you will be amazed with the service.No one can match these guys.
