Constant Beeping, No RPM for pump 3 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi i'm having some probs with my cooler, I normally leave the pc on all day, came home before and it had switched itself off, after turning it on the domino cooler wont stop beeping and there's no rpm displaying for the pump, cpu temp shot to 75 degrees, I think the unit may have malfunctioned, i've removed it for the time being and i'm now running on air but not sure what to do as i'm based in the UK how would I go about returning it for replacement or repair?

Hey stereoman

Did you check all connections? Its really the only other thing I could see causing this problem beside a pump failure. Try plugging the unit into a spare PSU if you have 1 and see if the pump runs. You should be able to feel if its working.

If the pump isnt running you can contact Jon Stanley for RMA. jon.stanley@coolitsystems.com

It happened Again on my 2nd Computer.... Freaking Pissed off. I buy 2 Domino A.L.C Coolers and both end up with the EXACT problem ?
(pump not registering rpms)

You acutally have a problem with cooling your system thoo... Mine just dosent register rpm's on the pump.

Too My Knowldge you have too A: Take it out of your computer package it up and send it too them. Then they send you an RMA replacment. A process that makes it so you cant use your computer till they send you a working version. Personally they should send you a working one first then if you dont send them the old one within 30 Days they charge you for the product they sent you. Thats my 2cents!
