After some support for this. UK customer.

I was just using my PC (been on about 5 minutes) when the Domino ALC began to beep. About 2 seconds later before I had a chance to move there was a REALLY loud bang.

It appears the Pump on the unit has exploded (literally) and covered everything in coolant. The coolant stinks and is all over the place. My PC is dead and i'm gutted.

Who is going to pay to replace my computer! I've attached an image but you cant really see the damage. When I dry the area up i'll remove it and show pics of the back of the unit.

I have opened a support case for you and your unfortunate issue. I realise that the damage looks bad, but it probably looks worse than it is. You should be receiving an email with further information on how to proceed from here. Just know that we are going to work with you to ensure that everything is taken care of in this situation and that you are up and running again as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you take several photos before you attempt to clean up your case as we will be providing some information regarding cleaning procedures for some of your components in the support case email that will be following shortly.
